**Please also provide the address information in the language of your resident country whenever applicable. This will help us to minimize the delivery error.Alternatively, you may use any standard order form of your organization, or download Biotium's Order Form , and send the completed form to us via email or fax. We usually do not send order acknowledgments unless it is done via email. Unless required by your organization, please do not send confirming orders. If one is sent, please mark it clearly as "CONFIRMING ORDER".

Pricing

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Upon mutual agreement, the price may be converted to other currencies according to the published exchange rate on the invoice date, plus up to 2% handling fee. Freight costs and any special packaging charges will be added to the invoice. Factors attributing to the prices may beyond our control and prices are subject to change without notice. In case where the price has changed significantly, we will contact you prior to filling your order. Written price quotations, when requested, are valid for 30 days.

Payment

Our payment terms are net 30 days of invoice. All payment in US dollars must be payable on a US bank. Payment can be made by check, Visa or Master Card, money order, or wire transfer. Biotium's bank information for wire transfer can be obtained by contacting us. Whenever applicable, all payment must be addressed to Biotium. Payment in currencies other than US dollars may be arranged upon discussion with Biotium. Please contact us if this is what you prefer.

Shipping

Upon receiving the full ordering information specified in ORDERING METHOD or Order Form, shipping will be arranged within 24 hours Monday through Thursday. If the ordering information is received on Friday, shipping will be arranged on the following Monday. All orders are shipped FOB seller's shipping point. We reserve the right to determine the shipping method that is in compliance with the regulations and the chemical properties. Unless otherwise stated, all express shipment will be arranged via either Federal Express or DHL depending on the destinations.

A PSDS will be furnished for each product ordered. MSDS will be furnished upon request.

Return Shipments

Some materials are not returnable. Returned shipments cannot be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Requests for return authorization must be made within 30 days of your receiving the materials. A 20% restocking fee is charged on authorized returns of standard catalogue items, subject to a minimum charge of $10.00.
